At ANT Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure quality in every product we deliver. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your parcel under the following terms and conditions:
1. Return Eligibility

Customers must contact us on WhatsApp (number mentioned on our website) within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

A valid reason for return must be provided, along with clear pictures or a video if necessary.

The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

In case of damaged or defective parcels, customers must share a video of parcel opening as proof when filing a complaint.
2. Return Shipping

The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

The parcel must be sent back to us using a trusted courier company.

ANT Store is not responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return parcel, our team will inspect it within 24–48 hours.

If the product passes our quality inspection and matches the original condition, a refund will be issued.

If the item is used, damaged, or altered, it will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges as COD.
4. Deductions & Non-Refundable Charges

A 5% government tax on COD amount will be deducted from the refund amount (as per courier policy).

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
5. Return Time Limit

Returns requested after 7 days of parcel delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
