  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch.

  • Customized or special orders may take 1 additional day for preparation.

3. Delivery Time

  • Delivery typically takes:

    • 2–3 working days in urban areas

    • 3–5 working days in rural areas

  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, location, or public holidays.

4. Dispatch Schedule

  • Friday is our store off day, and Sunday is a courier holiday.

  • Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.

5. Courier Service

  • We use reliable courier companies to ensure fast and secure delivery.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is dispatched so you can follow your order’s journey.
