2. Returns and exchanges must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit.

2. Once your return Is approved we will Send you our address You have to send your parcel back to our address.
3. Upon receiving the returned parcel, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions.
4. For approved returns, the refund will be processed within 24 working hours to your designated Pakistan bank account or mobile account.
