Shipping Coverage: We offer  shipping to all locations across Pakistan.
Shipping Time: We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Cash on Delivery: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for your convenience. With COD, you can pay for your order upon delivery. 
Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
  Shipping Address: Please provide accurate and complete shipping information to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At THE ANT STORE, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

  2. Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

  3. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  2. Approval: Contact us and wait for approval before sending your parcel back.

  3. Return Address: Once your return or exchange request is approved, you may send your parcel to the following address:

  4. Secure Packaging: Pack the item properly to prevent damage during transit.

  5. Inspection: Upon receiving the parcel, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  6. Refund or Exchange: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process your refund or arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 24 working hours after the returned parcel has been received, inspected, and approved.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your designated Pakistani bank account or mobile wallet.

  • Product Price: Refunds will be calculated based on the eligible product amount after applicable non-refundable deductions.

  • Shipping Charges: Original delivery charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item supplied by THE ANT STORE, subject to applicable law.

  • COD Tax Deduction: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 4% deduction on the product price, described as the applicable tax collected through the courier, will be treated as non-refundable where legally applicable.

  • Refund Confirmation: You will be informed once your refund has been processed. Bank or mobile wallet transfer times may vary.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the return results from our error.

  • Customers are responsible for applicable shipping charges on exchanges.
