Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

At THE ANT STORE, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
2. Returns and exchanges must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit.

Return Process:
1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at theantstore1@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to 03421524203, stating your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. Once your return Is approved we will Send you our address You have to send your parcel back to our address.
3. Upon receiving the returned parcel, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions.
4. For approved returns, the refund will be processed within 24 working hours to your designated Pakistan bank account or mobile account.
